"All of my places of work, without exception, have been dominated by men in positions of seniority. In the past, I have shied away from speaking out, and I only learnt to do so through years of experience. MTN is an organisation which offers much-needed mentorship to ambitious young women in an increasingly competitive industry. I look forward to supporting them in their journeys and being involved with such an inspiring group of industry professionals."
