“I am a great believer in giving back and helping others. When I was asked to join the board of Moving the Needle, I felt like it was the perfect way for me to use my experience and knowledge to help the next generation of talent thrive in the music industry. I've worked my way up from the bottom and love being part of such an exciting and diverse industry and I want others to have that too. I am looking forward to working alongside some amazingly talented women, many who I count as my peers, to support, represent and lift other women in the music industry and inspire and encourage the next generation of talent.”
